I purchased a SMEG Kettle and paid via EFT, on the 21st April 2021. To date (12th May 2021), I have not received the delivery. The tracking option on the website is not active. The contact number provided is not valid - checked with Telkom (1023) and they confirmed the number does not exist. I emailed the contact centre ***********, and received a 'delivery failed' (the same email address I received confirmation that the order was dispatched and will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days)
