So far Im happy

I have heard some bad experience before when it comes to online shopping, I recently used Bobsbasket a couple of weeks ago and I have to give them a 4 star just for now. I had bought a smeg kettle for a really good price but the problem was that it was damaged, so I called them on a Monday and told them about it, they responded to me very fast and and on Wednesday thats when I got my order in good condition.
