I signed up with Body Future Eersteriver but never got the chance to use the gym. I lost my job shortly after joining and had to move away. I reached out to explain my situation through calls and emails, hoping for some understanding but was met with a complete lack of empathy.
Despite not using the service at all, they continued to debit my account every month. Even after the contract should’ve ended, the deductions carried on for six more months. I eventually had to go to the bank to stop it myself. At no point did they show compassion or even acknowledge the circumstances I was going through.
It’s deeply disappointing to be treated this way as if you’re just a number and not a human being. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone who values respectful and humane customer service.
