I signed up for the gym on Tuesday the 28th of September 2021. I was told my assessment with an instructor needs to be booked. Which I did in advance for Saturday the 2nd of October. On the same day I was called and went in just to be told that the instructor would not be at the gym when that could've been told me to before the day of the assessment.
I am very displeased with the service and lack of communication from your staff as I had to do follow ups on this throughout this whole week, still getting no response.
I canceled the contract as I would not have time to gym during the week, hence me booking Saturday's instead. Nothing was communicated around not receiving any refund or having to cancel within 7days. This was told to me only when I went in last week.
I have visited the gym again today 9th October 2021 just to still get nothing out of it. This is really frustrating going back and forth. I'm now being charged for a tag which was never even allocated to me, and that is not fair. I was with your gym for 3days before canceling and all I'm being told is that I won't get any refund. I never touched no equipment, I haven't had no session, I didn't get no tag. So why can I not get my money back? I can understand being charged for a joining fee but for a tag that I didn't get, doesn't make sense. I am certain someone else would've responded the same way I am as this is giving one reason not to join your gym again.
Please get back to me as soon as this is resolved, I'll appreciate it.
