Poor Quality Products at High Prices

I purchased a yoga bag for my mother from Lisa Raleigh, and after a few uses, the bag strap completely unravelled from both sides of the bag. Then I contacted them, and asked if they could repair it, they collected the bag, and the on inspection, they decided to replace it.

Now the second bag has done the same thing!!! They will not take the bag back.

I would not recommend this company at all. They clearly buy cheap products, and place a ridiculously high value on them. I will never be shopping there again, or recommending them to anyone. They're a waste of money, and the poor quality of their products does not match up to the price they are selling them for.

They are to worth it.
