Body lab scammers

I was passing by the mall the other day and i came across the body lab sales consultant telling me about free gym trial- whatever the name might be that i have to come to the gym for 30 days for free- and if i don't like the gym i can always stop- he ask me to put some contact details on the paper which i did- i did not know that i am signing a contract for gym membership. Scammers, there was a month whereby R179 if not mistaken was debited form my account and i reverse it - i though it was mistake and it will be rectified. Moreover some information I didn't even fill in. I was shocked to see my next of kin working for pep in kempton park and yet she is a lecture for 10 years, ask for for a contract my signature was not correct they requested my old formal signed documents which I did then the lady called rinder or whatever never contacted me again now I am getting SMS saying I am owing about 4k
