Standard bank ***** line agents sound like ***** themselves, on the 13th of February my account was involved in some *****ulent activities. On the 15th I went to the branch at Eastgate i was advised investigations will take up to 60 days. This account received funds from somewhere i don't know and immediately out to other accounts, I am worried about the safety of our accounts and the security and access breach. How is possible to have someone gain access transfer send and transfer funds. Now i called the ***** line and spoke to Lesego, i explain to her that i am receiving my child grant from that account that was hacked. She said I must fo to the bank and have my account opened and card replaced. I webt to the branch and I was told this account will remain blocked until 60 days passes. Then i called and spoke to Avela and she told me there was a misunderstanding between me and Lesego. Now I want to know how to get my sons social grant because I need it I went to sassa they said I can only change account from March payments. This means I won't get march payment its already processed to the blocked account. Standard bank please have mercy and give me my son's grant.

I had an extremely negative experience with DebtBusters, and I feel compelled to warn other consumers. I approached Debtbusters after being sold what was described as a consolidation loan. At no point was it explained to me — verbally or in writing — that I would be placed under debt review. I was never made aware of the legal implications, nor did I knowingly provide informed consent for debt review. Only later did I discover that I had been placed under debt review without proper disclosure. This has had serious consequences for my credit profile and financial affairs. Since then: • I have made numerous attempts to contact DebtBusters for assistance and clarification. • My emails and calls have gone largely unanswered. • No meaningful support, resolution, or documentation has been provided. • I have been unable to obtain an exit / clearance letter, despite all the listed debts having prescribed. Due to the lack of transparency, misrepresentation, and total failure to assist, I have now lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) for ******** placement under debt review. What is most concerning is the ongoing lack of accountability and communication. Instead of helping to resolve the situation, DebtBusters has remained silent, forcing me to escalate the matter further. I would strongly caution consumers to:

I went to clicks to buy medication under medical aid, OTC. A pharmacist told me the meds l want are not covered. Then I ask her what generic is it covered under formulary she told I DON'T KNOW, she didn't even bother checking on the system. I am speaking antibiotics here. I am speaking nasal spray. The ladies name is Kalala. So I had to pay cash cause I am sick, but what could have happened if I didn't have my wallet with me? I am not looking for an apology or what so ever. I have signed up for flexicare, I found myself double debited twice in 1 month l have fighting for my refund since 27th of October today still run arounds. I am worried if would they pay for ambulance and hospital at the time of need.

Pick n pay trolley collector at Golden walk, charged me R20 to collect the trolley I was using outside. When I asked him he said they are not being paid and he refused to give me my groceries if I don't pay.
