Non standard / poor repairs and long delays

Not only is my car still \waiting for parts\" after six months! ( VW Polo?) they forced me to collect it and then had to tow it back after 35km.<br> <br> They refuse to provide any assurance on the repairs or any courtesy for the long delays.<br> <br> Avoid this company if you can. There is no way to get them to consider the customer. I was even told to 'f off' since the insurance is the real customer... I wonder who pays them?"
