You products does not resemble what they used to be. Bought Pronutro and it has a bad smell/taste. Took it back, found it after opening several boxes, that the product is just bad. Done with Pronutro and Bokomo for life.. And from what I can see on Hellopeter, you obviously dont care

I have no idea why its so very difficult to return food that is off to PicknPay and I had to contact Pronutro who asked me to take photos of the Box of Pronutro I was told to get a refund They ask for a string of different views of the box. A few days or maybe weeks later I received a Code on my Cell phone. I was told to only go to Checkers to get Pronutro. I tried 3 times and they gave 3 months to claim the refund. Each time they wasted Checkers Bryanston and Checkers Fourways Hyper. The supervisor said the full Code was not given. How does Bokomo Pronutro get away doing this to customers giving them a run round for 3 months to get the food that's always old and stale I was sick after eating it and they seem to take responsibility until you go from shop to shop to find out you have been ****med. Still no refund for your stale Pronutro. Shame on you guys. What has happened to our once responsible country and supermarkets and factories is a shame. Why don't we get refunded immediately. Where are our health departments?

I brought pronutro last week at spar and the product has been sold past expired date and smells off and has no strawberry taste. PD:15/11/24, BB 15/11/25. I have never had issues like this before.

At the end of May I contacted Pepsico/Pioneer Foods customer care centre and notified them of a 1kg Box of Pronutro that I opened which had a stale smell and was lumpy. They got all my info to fetch the box and would supply my with a voucher to purchase a replacement. Since then I received a Case Number and nothing else. I have contacted them several times where they promised that they will get back to me and supply me with a voucher. Still nothing! How can this large company give such terrible customer service? All I want is the product to be replaced!

I have logged a complaint on the Bokomo website in the middle of May, regarding the horrible taste of Pronutro. After 2 weeks I didn't receive any response or confirmation that they received my complaint. I again logged a complaint on 30 May 2025 their website and sent a mail directly to their customer serviced department, regarding the fact that they did not respond. It is now a month later. I still haven't received any response or confirmation that they are looking into my complaint. This is unacceptable. Why do you have a customer care department? They do nothing!

Disgusting customer service from Bokomo foods I purchased a box of 500g pronutro three weeks ago. I opened it 2 days after purchase. It has a strange smell and taste. Really doesn't taste good. I lodged a complaint on 17 June. The agent Nonkosi was not helpful as she did not want to lodge the complaint, she insisted she will transfer me to another agent who was busy on a call. She said I must wait until he finishes the call. I then insisted that she lodge the complaint, there's no need to place me on hold when she can very well lodge the complaint. She gave the WhatsApp details and told me to send the necessary details. 10 mins after I spoke to her, I sent her all the necessary requirement. There was no acknowledgment of receipt or automated response from this useless company. I kept asking if it has been received but no reply. I call again on 18 June, spoke to shenaaz. I explained no one is providing me with any reply as to whether they have received what was asked of me. I was upset because this company can't be bothered to get back to u. Shenaaz spoke in an irritated tone because I was irritated with their incompetence. She said she will get Nonkosi to call me and tell me if she has received it or not. Another week goes by and still no response from anyone. I call in 24 June , which is now my third call to this useless company. Iexplained to the agent that I'm upset due to the fact that no one is getting back to me regarding my complaint. He said that it has been received and will be looked into and he will get Nonkosi to call me back. Nonkosi still hasn't bothered to get back to me. Still no replies on WhatsApp either. I'm shocked at the high level of incompetence and lack of care for customers who have been supporting them since forever. Your customer service is disgusting. No one bothers to provide any feedback. Not even an automated message on Whatsapp. It's more like the Mickey mouse club there.

We bought a 1kg pack of banana Pronutro on 9 May 2025 and opened it on 22 May 2025, only to be faced by a hardened contents with a very familar, strong chemical smell. This was not the first time, it had been raised with Pioneer Foods Head Office in the past, with no response, no excuse, no compensation. It seems they have still not traced and resolved the cause. At R95 we will not be throwing it away, it will be going back. The one star rating is unfortunately a minimum requirement they don't deserve.

Im very disappointed since I waited for the call, from customer service regarding my complain about their Oats,which was difficult to eat I had to sieve it as it was unusually too fine and felt almost like there was crinuals of sand like feel when shewing.on their Facebook they requested picture,expiration and product date, product code and contact details and said to wait 48hrs and it was on the 5th it's now the 14th I even sent email with no reply.and I guess they only care about money, whether customers are satisfied or not I guess its none of the company business, nevermind that I lost half of the product to wastage and lost money.
