I would like to thank NetStar South Africa for their excellent customer service. I was mistakenly billed a call‑out fee of R517.50, but after raising the issue, NetStar promptly acknowledged the error and refunded me in full. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to correct the mistake without delay really impressed me. It shows that they value their customers and stand by their service commitments. I highly recommend NetStar to anyone looking for reliable vehicle tracking and support. When my current contract expires in August 2026, I will gladly continue using their services. Thank you, NetStar, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive customer experience.
This place has gone to the dogs!!! I drove all the way from Boksburg to Brakpan today for an Executive Carwash (R100), as they used to do an exemplary job. After the initial car wash and high pressure water clean, to my astonishment I noticed that there was still mud at the back of the car. I pointed this out to the cleaners and the washer with the squint eyes was called and he came back with a sponge and wiped it off. He also apologized profusely. After I left I noticed that the mags were not cleaned properly and that they did an atrocious job, so I took photos. They used to have a dedicated cleaner who used to clean the mags and wheels before even going to the high pressure cleaner booth, but that has been stopped now. I won't be going back there ever again and I definitely don't recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!
Game Lakeside mall Benoni. To the rude narassistic ****** ***** supervisor working at this branch, VAFFANCULO! Unfortunately I didn't get your name, but eat **** and die!
Supa Quick Boksburg. I phoned for a quote for tyres. The white male that answered was extremely rude and patronizing because I just wanted a quote to fit and balance tyres bought elsewhere. They can go to hell. I'll never use them and don't recommend them. The person that answered is a son of a *****.
How the heck do you make an executive decision to have a Friday Hamburger Special (limited to 3/week) for R50 each when using a FNB card, and then backtrack on it. Now it's been limited to one per week for R50 and unlimited for R100 each. Who is the ***** that decided that it's a good promotion to attract customers and then have the it overturned? They even used to advertise it on TV and now I noticed that it's been removed. I am fuming by their incompetence and utter lack of business management by not sticking to their promises. It's no wonder then that they are bankrupt and this issue will cause them to loose many more customers, me being one of them. Going forward I'll be doing my monthly grocery shopping at Shoprite/Checkers from now on and pay using my Standard bank card.
Pick n Pay Ravenswood Boksburg. Asked the black lady at the bakery for 12 CRISPY hamburger buns and she started packing the soft buns in the plastic. I said "NO! I asked for CRISPY hamburger buns". Believe it or not her reply was "what's the difference". So I had to educate her on the difference between crispy and soft buns. If someone doesn't know the difference between crispy and soft buns they shouldn't be working there. Unbelievable!
Pick n Pay Sherwood Brakpan is a disgrace. They insist on employing uneducated ex convicts as car watches. They are not adding any value this establishment as they swear at the patrons when they are not tipped and everytime that I go there I notice new dings from car doors. Or maybe it's the white car watches themselves that are vandalizing the cars. I can't understand why they need to employ white ex convicts there as the black car watches from reputable companies do a better job and they wouldn't be required to pay them a salary. They are dragging down the name of this franchise and if the management had any common sense they would immediately fire all of them. My spend is about R10 000 per month at this branch, but never again. I'm not going to spend another cent there until they get rid of these useless guards. I'm taking my money elsewhere and suggest that other frequent shoppers do the same!
I've been trying to do my change of address with this company and everytime there is an issue. They just can't seem to get a simple thing like this right and after 4 calls to them I'm ready to cancel my contract with them at the next opportunity. Now you can't even send them an email to resolve issues. Now you have 2 choices - use the stupid useless tobi bot or speak to rude consultant on the phone, which is extremely frustrating. I'm ready to cancel!!!
The store in Boksburg Rietfontein Road is to be avoided. Went there on Sunday at 12H50 and as I approached the white guy refused me access and closed the door in my face saying that they're closed. How can you close a shop 10 minutes before the official closing time and refuse a potential client the services that they require. To hell with them I'll take my money elsewhere where I'm appreciated.
At the Spar Post Office Brakpan there is a tall thin "white" car watch that has been there for many years. He has been burned almost black by the sun and probably on drugs. If you don't tip him he swears at you when your back is turned. He is obviously a ***ard because when you look at him, he looks away pretending to be innocent. He is dragging down the name of this establishment and should be chased away, as he is a drug addicted vagrant. I recommend that everyone stay away from this Spar, until they get rid of this hobo.
