Boland Isuzu Paarl - Shocking level of service
The poorest craftmanship and turnaround time I've ever experienced. It's a shame that Isuzu South Africa doesn't intervene as it's after all their name going down the drain. I bought a new Isuzu in 2023, but the level of service I received from Boland Isuzu Paarl, will definitely ensure that I will never buy an Isuzu again. My Bakkie was booked in for small diesel leak, they confirmed after 9 days of standing there (note it's my work bakkie) it's a small hose that they will replace. Received it back on the 10th day, only to have a huge Diesel leak the next day. So frustrated with this poor service. This is not the first bad experience with them. The level of professionalism and urgency is nonexistent.

Poor service
Very very poor service and an absolute terrible experience. I bought a 2025 Demo Isuzu X-Rider from them, made arrangement for a nudge bar to be fitted, upon collecting the vehicle (the salesman drove it minutes before handing it over to me), I noticed a very loud and noticeable noise from the left front of the vehicle. I found that the nudgebar brackets were loose, several bumper clips and fasteners were missing and damaged. The nudgebar was presaing against one side of the bumper causing visible damage to the front of the bumper. After taking it to another dealership to fix, we found several more clips and brackets that were damaged. After the fixed the nudgebar, the noise still remained. I had to cut my holiday short and drive 450km out of my way on my way home for Frank Vos Isuzu to fix the issue, only to arrive at a workshop that was closed and for them to have a look around outside in the street an say "we think it may the bumper that is loose", but they can not do anything now, they need to order parts, and they sent me on my ****m trip back home. I do not know who at their workshop did the fitment, but that person should not be working on vehicles, he might be putting peoples lives at risk with that type of work.

Poor service
Very very poor service and an absolute terrible experience. Outstanding service

I called the dealership looking for a car that we saw on autotrader, not forgetting that I had previously called seven dealership who did not bother to get back to us, our first interaction with him was amazing till the deal was finalized.
