10/10 for Isuzu Cape Gate. Absolutely superb level of service. I considered selling my Isuzu due to the very poor level of service I received from Isuzu N1 City and Isuzu Paarl, time and again they let me down. But Whow I'm so impressed with Isuzu Cape Gate, they kept me up to date, daily with what's going one. Keep it up
The poorest craftmanship and turnaround time I've ever experienced. It's a shame that Isuzu South Africa doesn't intervene as it's after all their name going down the drain. I bought a new Isuzu in 2023, but the level of service I received from Boland Isuzu Paarl, will definitely ensure that I will never buy an Isuzu again. My Bakkie was booked in for small diesel leak, they confirmed after 9 days of standing there (note it's my work bakkie) it's a small hose that they will replace. Received it back on the 10th day, only to have a huge Diesel leak the next day. So frustrated with this poor service. This is not the first bad experience with them. The level of professionalism and urgency is nonexistent.
I dont have words to describe the bad level of service, without swaering. How they are still in business only they will know.
Toys R Us - Cape Gate - Items are not properly priced, with only the cheapest item on the shelf labelled and expensive items mixed in between. (this was confirmed by the floor lady that they are told to do it this way) Only to realize the item is >50% more expensive when you get to the pay counter, and then you receive an arrogant answer from the branch manager that a client moved the items. My 7year old daughter spent an hour in the store looking what she can buy with her birthday money only to be in tears when she got to the till and be met with in insensitive cashier and branch manager, even they could see that items were in the shelf with the "incorrect" price. This store will never see us again.
Absolutely discussed by the level of service received from ABSA, I honestly think its theft as they can't tell me where my money is. I made a payment to Namibia FNB branch, as per every year before we go on holiday. But the laws changed without prior notice from ABSA I made the same payment to the normal banking details i use, but the money don't reflect in the recipient's bank account due to it now needs to be an international payment. I've contacted ABSA numerous times even paid R160 extra to reverse this transactions, but only received a generic email back saying sorry they can't help. How can the money just be gone, the recipient never received it. ABSA, I want my money back, this is theft.
Capitec Cape Gate, I never write reviews. But karl at the Capitec Cape Gate branch deserves a medal of excellence. As a HNWI Ive rarely received this type of service from my current bank, fast and efficient. Seriously considering changing to Capitec as my main bank. Brilliant service from Karl.
I lost my brand new GoPro when i fell with my wakeboard. I've especially bought the floaty backdoor so that if it happens i won't loose my GoPro. Needless to say it didn't help at all it sank like a rock. we were 5 people looking for it immediately and it was gone. Absolutely shocking, and i enjoyed the camera so much.
