I had Hero10Black for 4 years bought for my wife. She struggle with it going off after few seconds or 30 seconds max. I paid abour 10 to 12k for it. Found she stopped using it. upgraded firmware. no luck. It is a dud! No luck replacing or getting it repaired. My query to Support at GoPro. com Support sits there with no action taken! What to do, please help. We are being ********** by poor support and bog name companies. Rsther buy a cheaper Chinese or Japanese version with support,!

I recently bought a GOPRO HERO 10, and the camera is great, the challenge is the GOPRO support. Well there is no support. When trying to activate my account I do not receive any mails from GOPRO , I do however receive all the GOPRO marketing mails, which imply that the GOPRO domain is not blocked by my service provider. Trying to contact GOPRO is not possible as they only have a chat system that does not seem to work as I am in queue now for more than 5 Hours.

Very disappointed when I tried my GoPro Hero 7 White in the water without the casing for the first time and for some reason water got into the lens on the surface, didn't even submerge it beyond 1m. (And YES! I did make sure the side was sealed properly.) Thought it was suppose to be "Waterproof for up to 10m without a casing"....My Gopro is broken and now seems like no-one is willing to help me replace it. Surely this must be the manufacturers problem? 😔 Can someone please assist me regarding this matter.

Go Pro is the biggest **** camera ever made. At the rediculous price, cheaper cameras perform much better. DO NOT BUY A GoPro. It should be named go no pro idiot -7 pink of something similar. Even the gopro app is **** and gopro does not even supply an email, only a contact that is active during their operating hours. I suppose they do not supply and email address as they will be replying to complaints 24-7.

First off there should be option to give them ZERO stars they dont even deserve 1 . Been more than 5 weeks now, after RMA and i have no camera , no eta for replacement . Support is a joke. I have raised 4 different tickets , messaged them on Twitter / Facebook / Created forum question and still no closer to getting a response.

Hi I purchased the latest 360 action camera from Gopro (go pro max) I use my cell phone to edit and post the content captured like everyone else. I informed gopro that the go pro editing app has a problem with editing the 360 content ( this is the recommended application go pro suggest when editing the footage captured from the camera) however 360 footage is problematic and is not supported in the app. I reached out to gopro global and they said they are aware of the issue and is currently working on it. That was last year October. I reached out again as I see a few more ppl has the same problem . They informed me again that they are aware and busy working on it. The camera cost me R10000 and I am unable to use the sole purpose of the camera as the 360 footage does not work on all the latest Samsung devices (note 20 and s20 ) . I wish to inform everyone that has the latest Samsung or will be upgrading not to purchase the gopro max if they are planning on using the phone to edit and upload footage. I'm stuck with a 360 camera that I can only use to capture normal footage because gorpo are not doing anything to assist and resolve my proble. Its pathetic and I haven't received any answers or a deadline on when this will be resolved. Please help.
