Poor service

Very very poor service and an absolute terrible experience.

I bought a 2025 Demo Isuzu X-Rider from them, made arrangement for a nudge bar to be fitted, upon collecting the vehicle (the salesman drove it minutes before handing it over to me), I noticed a very loud and noticeable noise from the left front of the vehicle.

I found that the nudgebar brackets were loose, several bumper clips and fasteners were missing and damaged. The nudgebar was presaing against one side of the bumper causing visible damage to the front of the bumper.

After taking it to another dealership to fix, we found several more clips and brackets that were damaged. After the fixed the nudgebar, the noise still remained.

I had to cut my holiday short and drive 450km out of my way on my way home for Frank Vos Isuzu to fix the issue, only to arrive at a workshop that was closed and for them to have a look around outside in the street an say "we think it may the bumper that is loose", but they can not do anything now, they need to order parts, and they sent me on my ****m trip back home.

I do not know who at their workshop did the fitment, but that person should not be working on vehicles, he might be putting peoples lives at risk with that type of work.
