Bold drivers lack customer service
I requested a ride the driver was so rude he passed me and wait on the fourth house then for ce me to cancel my ride and give him my money when I refuse he started insulting me calling me names is hard to be a female

Bold sucks...Bold stole my laptop not driver
Bold should just shut down thy can't manage their company...poeple we talk too through support are incompetent...BOLD IS FAILING TO HELP ME RECOVER MY WORK LAPTOP FROM THEIR DRIVER...THEY ALWAYS TELL ME TO CONTACT A NON WORKING NUMBER...ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS WITH OUT ME WORKING SINCE DONT WANT TO BRING BACK MY WPRK LAPTOP...YOU WPULD SWEAR THAT THEE LAPTOP IS NOT WITH THEE DRIVER BUT BOLD THEE WAY BOLD ALWAYS LIES TO ME REGARDING THEE DRIVERS CONTACT NUMBER...I WILL OPEN A CASE AGAINST BOLD AN NOT THEE DRIVER...AN I WOULDNT RECOMMEND BOLD TO ANY1

FRAUDULENT PROMO BONUS!!!
Got a promo bonus for 15 rides in my email. Took the first trip the next day after the promo was received. The bonus was not activated for the ride of which was suppose to have been active the previous day when the email was received. I had to pay the full price of the trip to the driver and this had happened twice.
