Bolton shoes ..... pathetic

My son is going to grade 8 this year and I promised him a pare of grasshopper shoes when his average is above 86% , so he got that and I bought him grasshopper and athletic spikes with my bonus which by the way is not a big one. I paid and ordered the shoes on the 27st of December 2023. Ok they explained to me that the shoes will only be dispatched on 10 January, and it was dispatched on the 10th , today the grade 8 started and he had to wear borrowed old shoes. Because the last movement on his parcel was the 11th of Januarry on the tracking of the parcel on skynet tracking page . So maybe I must go off on sky net but fact of the matter is I bought the shoes from them and they got the money. I email them I phoned skynet nothing. We stay in East London which is a metro with its own airport we don't stay in the bundus. And what's worse nobody answers me. So Bolton shoes are pathetic, useless and I will never ever buy from them again. And if anybody in my son's school ever ask I will tell them no stay away you will be disappointed. I want my money back today. But no answer
