Bolton Shoes zero stars for customer service

I order a pair of shoes o the 3rd of April 2023 and to date I have not eeceived and shipping information. I wrote an email to enquire and they still haven't responded and it has been a week.I am a regular shopper and besides manicaa.com my experience with Bolton has been the worst.
