Agent Didn't Do Inspection

This client was friendly and professional however most of my issue with them was their client, my landlord. Upon finding out later, the agent did not conduct any inspection on the place and I and another tenant had to find out ourselves the multitudes of issues with the place, some which caused health concerns. The place had mold. And the owners paint over it to cover it. However this is something an inspection would have been able to pick up. The agent advertised the place with a pool, only for the landlord to communicate they did not permit use of the pool. There was a lot hidden and undisclosed by the agent and after paying them R2k for their services, they should have done due diligence. There were other repairs that needed to be done that I ended up moving out not fixed. The window had come off a little and I couldn't open it as a result, mind u there is mold and the place needs ventilation but nope. The landlords were dishonest and acted shocked at the problems they've known from the beginning. I solely hold the agent for all that.
