Bona phine empire
This agency is a *****..theire estate agent Vukile Shanga ****med my kids out of R11000 for a rental in Mondeo. weeks have passed and they still have not paid back the money..we have now resorted to involving the police..please take caution with them

I've Inquiried on a property Through Vukile Shanga(Sam)BONA PHINE EMPIRE! & After process of payment was made they had suddenly moved new tenants. I Requested A Refund & From The 6 June 2025, Until the 16th June 2025 I Haven't Received My Refund After Been Told The Process Takes Up To 48hrs - 7Business Days. Point Of The Matter Is To Anyone Coming Across This DO NOT! TRUST ANYONE! from BONA PHINE EMPIRE The Fvcking ****s Are A Bunch Of ****mers.

Agent Didn't Do Inspection
This client was friendly and professional however most of my issue with them was their client, my landlord. Upon finding out later, the agent did not conduct any inspection on the place and I and another tenant had to find out ourselves the multitudes of issues with the place, some which caused health concerns. The place had mold. And the owners paint over it to cover it. However this is something an inspection would have been able to pick up. The agent advertised the place with a pool, only for the landlord to communicate they did not permit use of the pool. There was a lot hidden and undisclosed by the agent and after paying them R2k for their services, they should have done due diligence. There were other repairs that needed to be done that I ended up moving out not fixed. The window had come off a little and I couldn't open it as a result, mind u there is mold and the place needs ventilation but nope. The landlords were dishonest and acted shocked at the problems they've known from the beginning. I solely hold the agent for all that.

Professional, quick and so helpful!
Went an extra mile and delivered beyond my expectations on my property search. I relocated from the Eastern Cape and I needed a place with 48 hours in Durban and they were such great help, definitely would recommend them and I'll use them again!

Poor Service & ***** of R15 500 after allocating two tenant to one apartment and didnt refund my deposit
I would like to report a very poor review for your business named BONA-PHINE EMPIRE with the agent Siboniso Masango for conducting my apartment search so poorly. I made payment of R15,500 to the company mentioned above for property at Essenwood in Durban to move in on the first of September 2024. However, the agent allocated two tenants to the unit, and I was unfortunately not able to occupy the place and had to find someone else. The refund process was supposed to take 48 hours; however, it ended up taking more than that. Today is October 29, 2024, and I have not received my refund deposit back. The company paid the money to the wrong client and asked me to wait until they were done with the refund process; however, that process is taking way too long. How do you expect clients to trust you with their search for a new home and apartment if this is how you treat them?
