I would like to report a very poor review for your business named BONA-PHINE EMPIRE with the agent Siboniso Masango for conducting my apartment search so poorly. I made payment of R15,500 to the company mentioned above for property at Essenwood in Durban to move in on the first of September 2024. However, the agent allocated two tenants to the unit, and I was unfortunately not able to occupy the place and had to find someone else. The refund process was supposed to take 48 hours; however, it ended up taking more than that. Today is October 29, 2024, and I have not received my refund deposit back. The company paid the money to the wrong client and asked me to wait until they were done with the refund process; however, that process is taking way too long. How do you expect clients to trust you with their search for a new home and apartment if this is how you treat them?
