Zero star business ethics

This owner is the absolute worst, he did our decking for us and gave us a warranty/guarantee on his workmanship. Now we have some issues that he needs to attend to and we have been arranging with him to come around and do the fixes, but 4x in a row he did not pitch and each time no communication that he is not coming or just that he had other plans AFTER we arranged and took time off from work.

He is the absolute most pathetic human being and has no business ethics at all. I would NOT recommend him to anyone ever in my life, and then he calls me while I am in a work meeting then he has the cheek to say that i am too busy.
