This owner is the absolute worst, he did our decking for us and gave us a warranty/guarantee on his workmanship. Now we have some issues that he needs to attend to and we have been arranging with him to come around and do the fixes, but 4x in a row he did not pitch and each time no communication that he is not coming or just that he had other plans AFTER we arranged and took time off from work. He is the absolute most pathetic human being and has no business ethics at all. I would NOT recommend him to anyone ever in my life, and then he calls me while I am in a work meeting then he has the cheek to say that i am too busy.
I went to Safari Outdoor - Boksburg Branch on 25th August to buy ammunition and was charged R900-00 for 20 rounds when I was charged for the same ammo in January at R600-00 per 20. I was then told it is due to the R/$ exhange, but i don't buy it as the R/$ has stabilized and what if it was stock they sold to me PRE COVID??? This is pure price gouging and the 2 managers on site has a very don't care and arrogant attitude, I also lodged it with the franchise itself, but what do you know, still no feedback, surprise surprise....
Worse service provider in history of providers, even worse than Telkom. We moved into new house with existing fiber line, and as per the steps given by Afrihost, followed to the T by me and current line owner to transfer the line since 20th September, line still not transferred and every time you call, the line just goes dead and after probably 20 mails and the thread followed on Whatsapp chat, STILL no success, hence, i will NEVER EVER in my life make use of you or recommend you to anyone, you are the absolute WORSE!!!!!!
My wife and I wanted to go to Wasabi, next to Villa Bianca, and run by same owners, but TWO different reataurants and businesses on 13th September 2019. We pitched up at Wasabi with the doors locked and had to use Villa Bianca's entrance (Wasabi not very full by the way), and the manager at the door of Villa Bianca very abrupt and rude asking if we have a reservation, where we say we want to go to Wasabi, and once again, very rude tone saying it is 1 restaurant and we need a reservation. This is the worse service I have seen at this establishment and they will NEVER EVER see me there again.
Canon SA had a cashback promotion from 1/4/2/2019 - 30/6/2019 where i ordered a product in May 2019. They then were out of stock and i only received my item last week in June 2019, and being busy with month end, I only submitted the invoice couple days after the end of the period and they refuse to refund me my R3,000-00 as they say i don't qualify, but yet, Canon SA was out of stock in providing it on time and after numerous mails with Canon SA, they still refuse to refund me as per the promotion. This is theft in my eyes as I was not at fault and paying for a very expensive item which Canon was out of stock for 6 weeks should not affect my cashback claim.
