Boni 4 wheel travel system

We bought a Boni 4 wheel travel system before my daughter was born now that we are using it we notice that the front wheels don't go in the direction that you are pushing its like they just slide instead of roll. We purchased from babies r us in cradle stone mall. BONI don't seems to have any contact details as I would like to take this up with them directly to get it sorted.
