Fix interior of your strollers
Good day. Its with sadness that I write this, I really wish there was a contact detail of Boni on the website, but decided to write here. I bought a three wheel stoller for my daughter Checkers in 2023 and bad news is I don't have the till slip anymore, but long story short, I wanna suggest that you work on the interior of your stroller, my baby always bump her head against that thing, I believe they will exactly know what thing I am talking about. Put padding inside the stroller. Its really not nice when you push your child and just hear her scream and immediately knows she bumped her head. I wish I can claim a refund because we have no joy in using the stroller

Boni 4 wheel travel system
We bought a Boni 4 wheel travel system before my daughter was born now that we are using it we notice that the front wheels don't go in the direction that you are pushing its like they just slide instead of roll. We purchased from babies r us in cradle stone mall. BONI don't seems to have any contact details as I would like to take this up with them directly to get it sorted. Can Boni or babies r us please get into contact with me.

Absolutely no customer service or engagement!
Can't belive I'm getting no service from you guys. Sending an email, most companies take 24 to 48 hours to respond. I have sent an email on the 7th of September and again seven days ago asking for help with regards to dental benefits but all you do is forward my email to your Denis company that does not even bother to respond. So dissapointing, really can't wait for December to change medical aids.
