My previous employer cancelled my medical aid end November 2024, since then I have been trying to get it reinstated. I called the call center, more than an hour on the phone, they couldn't transfer me to the retentions team, I emailed them and no response, I called the call center and the guy said he was sending me forms to complete and he would again get the retentions team to call me back, forms have still not been received and no call from the retentions team, I spent another 40min on a call this morning trying to get through to the retentions manager to escalate the matter, still no avail, call center agent couldn't find the contact number for the manager. I cant believe the lack of care and regard to clients and retaining business. Like i must really beg Bonitas to get my business. Sies!!!
Honestly just disappointed with their non disclosure policy. I purchased two vouchers last year and I was told I could use them anytime, nothing on the email trail or vouchers stated that they are only valid for three months. I paid R1200 for a couples package and not only is the store refusing to refund but they are also refusing to replace the vouches. I feel this is unfair treatment towards me because Treating Customers Fairly law states that they have to disclose all information pertaining to the product/service provided. I don’t feel I’m in the wrong because I have spoke to them calmly, provided all the facts and the email trail between me and the agent that and that still wasn’t considered. I would understand if I was the one who ignored the information provided to me then it’s my loss… but in this instance I feel this is unfair treatment, not sure why.
Always friendly and excellent service from everyone, even even I had my accident last year, claim process was so effortless, I had a new car within the month. No regrets, I really am happy with KingPrice
MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Good The complex is very clean, well maintained and fairly quiet on most days. The grass is is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, clean and very modern. They have a lovely pool, bar, gym and various sports amenities which make for a comfortable living. The Bad Once you move in you are honestly on your own, there are plumbing issues and YOU WILL be blamed for them and sometimes told to pay. There is an infestation of ****roaches, their fumigation is like pouring water on them and expecting them to die, instead of fumigating the whole block they will do your apartment, the ****roaches move next door and after a few days they are back. When not IF but WHEN your stove breaks, they will tell you it’s because of ****roaches and YOU WILL get blamed for it. Any issues that require maintenance, will be dealt with within the first few months of you moving in, after that, again I tell you, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. You will call, email and they will NEVER come. Then lastly and most importantly, GRID technologies (GTC), look up hat company’s reviews on Google, you will be shocked!!! The water and electricity metering done by this company should be considered *******! People will leave their houses for a week or more and they are still required to pay for services they never used, you can’t tell me a fridge can finish a months worth of electricity, you have no control over how and where you want your money to be allocated when it comes to this system, it’s unclear and not user friendly, the company is not transparent to its clients about what they are being charged and for what instead they concoct this long explanation that does not make sense in order to leave you helpless, defeated and confused. People have had their places broken into when they are away, a video of the estate manager is seen on social media (Ticktok) trying to enter a persons apartment, the estate keeps spare keys but they say they are not liable when things get lost or go missing. People in the complex are scared of talking because they have either been threatened with physical harm or being sued. Also do not expect to get your deposit when you leave, they will charge you your whole deposit and say they need to paint or whatever nonsense they come up with. I wish the company could look into what is happening in this complex because people are really unhappy and do not feel safe. The Parks has the potential to be such a great living place if they can get new management, include their residents in decision making by holding information sessions with the residents and allowing tenants to vote on options of contractors that will have to do with services provided to the tenants and get new management to run their restaurant and maintenance services.
Really unhappy with the service I received here. I ordered a dress and shirt which I was told I could receive in 6days if I paid a rush fee and I complied. Friday I was told to come 9am Saturday morning, Saturday morning I get there and the dress is not even done. That time I have a 10am appointment, now I must pay extra for my appointment because at 10am I was still there waiting for my dress. Worst service, definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Unprofessional and no one bothers to assist in anyway.
I was really happy with the service I received from Kevin Benjamin. This gentleman went above and beyond with regards to giving me proper feedback on my withdrawal. The call center could not help me, some gave me the run around but he ensured that he followed up and found out what is happening with my query. Can't believe we have to wait close to half an hour to pay for things we buying with our own money at your Foresthill store. You have 8 tills but only two are working, the line is long. Honestly unacceptable service
Standard bank wants to charge me to get another card when my card is less than three months in perfect condition but doesn't tap. I got the card and it tapped to pay but a certain debit did not go through. When I called to get that fixed the card stopped tapping. How is this a me problem
Can't belive I'm getting no service from you guys. Sending an email, most companies take 24 to 48 hours to respond. I have sent an email on the 7th of September and again seven days ago asking for help with regards to dental benefits but all you do is forward my email to your Denis company that does not even bother to respond. So dissapointing, really can't wait for December to change medical aids.
