They swich off your electricity through the app when rent is not paid. You will come back home without electricity with food in the fridge and they dont even care and they will make sure it's done at 4:30 just when they knock off so that you sleep without electricity

Be warned when moving in here. Noisy, there is never ever water, they at least solved the power cuts issue. But would rather go without power than no water, Water issues can go up to 10 days and then by the 5th day the complex smells like a sewer and people the cleaners dont clean up afterwards. Also the complex is currently being run down, car port covers are missing, garden sprays never work, kids are disrespectful. Its a bad place to stay over all.

I am a resident at The Parks Lifestyle Apartments where gym access is included as part of my rental agreement. Unfortunately, I’ve had two unpleasant encounters with one of the personal trainers known as Coach Krazy. The first incident happened when I was new to the complex. I was quietly using the cycling machine upstairs when Coach Krazy approached me and told me I couldn’t be there because a class was taking place. His tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was more than enough space, and I wasn’t interfering in any way. As a paying resident, I believe I have the right to use all gym areas respectfully and safely. The second incident occurred recently while a family member and I were training. I had taken a 10kg body bag upstairs to complete part of my workout. Later, when I came downstairs for a breather, Coach Krazy asked if we were done with the bag. After I said yes, he instructed me to bring it back down - again, in a tone that felt unnecessarily authoritative and unfriendly. What’s most concerning is that he appears to interact very differently with other gym users, most of whom are Black. I can’t help but feel that we are being treated differently, which is extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I am sharing this not to create conflict, but to raise awareness of what feels like unprofessional and potentially discriminatory behavior from a staff member representing the complex’s gym. I truly hope management looks into this matter, as all residents deserve to feel equally respected and welcome in shared facilities.

We’ve just come out of a 5-day water outage at The Parks Lifestyle Apartments, managed by House Rentals, and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this situation was handled. During the outage, they gave vague responses like “we’re lodging a ticket” or “we’re resolving it.” But nothing was followed up on. It’s like once Friday hits, they disappear zero support on weekends. Now that water is finally back, there’s still no hot water, yet we’re being billed for usage that includes hot water. How does that make sense? The management, especially Malcolm, does not pick up his phone. Emails go unanswered. Calls go unanswered. And this is meant to be a “modern estate”? The service feels anything but. If there were protests or public pressure, I’m almost certain this would’ve been resolved much faster. But because it’s quiet here, they think it’s okay to drag their feet. Honestly, it’s unacceptable. Residents deserve better communication, accountability, and basic service delivery.

Ive been living here for about 4 years +- They are the worst property management ever, They dont cater for things, if power goes off, they don't update you, if there is no water they dont update you, nor do they make plans to provide water, As it stands we are on Day 5 with no water and the complex is starting to smell like a sewer. Its the worst place to live and I do plan to move soon, only reason im around is because I haven't had a place that's better closer to work, But please, they lure you in and say they have social influencers living in the complex, there are empty units for a reason in this place

Worst experience! I haven't had hot water for months. I keep making tickets, only for them to close them immediately. My electricity charges are those of a household of at least 6, yet I live with my partner only. We are always at work. I cook maximum twice a week. (With no hot water, mind you). E-mails are ignored. Nobody can explain anything. Worst couple of months in my entire life!!!!!!
