They swich off your electricity through the app when rent is not paid. You will come back home without electricity with food in the fridge and they dont even care and they will make sure it's done at 4:30 just when they knock off so that you sleep without electricity
Terrible service ever! Had to wait two weeks for a single product to be delivered. We called them several times with no progress. These guys can make you fight with your clients. Eventually they told us that they tried to deliver no one was at the office when we always have people at the office. Even now...two weeks after we still waiting for a file to be delivered. I wish I could ask for my refund. We asked to pick up and they said they dont allow pick up when they dont deliver. Terrible terrible...I wouldnt buy from them again
The worst place I have ever lived. Dont get me wrong the parks is beautiful ran by management who do not give a damn about paying clients. My rent was increased by R2000 unprovoked. I then had to look for the extra 2k after complaining and getting nonsense attitude from management. Meanwhile the whole rental amount is deposited in my Unimet account to stop me from getting electricity and water. My R7800 which was my ussual rental was not even allocated at Unimet...I had to stay Christmas without water and electricity. I then pay the R2000 balance on the 27th and I am told I will still not have water and electricity and will remain blocked at the gate till January is also paid...that time we are still in December and still have 4 days. I am leaving this place as the worst place ever lived. Dont get me started with Unimet headaches in the two years.
