Last year May 2025 I purchased a Taurus G3c Toro semi automatic 9mm pistol from Waterfall arms and Outdoor. I paid R10,780.00 for the firearm, R300 for ammunition and R1500 for their training course .So at the time I never realised the wrong that happened to but later in 2025 I re done my Profiency. I was issued my own firearm to shoot in the range during training.I was not given a training firearm.This is ******* because I was issued the firearm I purchased which shoot only be fired in a shooting range unless I produced a valid firearm licence.So at the time they were aware that I did not have Profiency or competency and also no licence.So they made me shoot a firearm I purchased that's not even licenced to my name.My question is where was the demo firearm.Both instructors and people that handled me with the firearm are wrong.Now they have devalued the firearm I purchased and made it become second hand.I demand a refund.Now they told me I'm not allowed to contact them or their staff.But I bought a firearm and paid in full So this is how Waterfall arms and Outdoor treat their customers.I was told that their attorneys will contact me.I ask myself for what.All I want is a refund.This is the worst gunshop ever.I will never purchase another firearm from them.

Honestly just disappointed with their non disclosure policy. I purchased two vouchers last year and I was told I could use them anytime, nothing on the email trail or vouchers stated that they are only valid for three months. I paid R1200 for a couples package and not only is the store refusing to refund but they are also refusing to replace the vouches. I feel this is unfair treatment towards me because Treating Customers Fairly law states that they have to disclose all information pertaining to the product/service provided. I don’t feel I’m in the wrong because I have spoke to them calmly, provided all the facts and the email trail between me and the agent that and that still wasn’t considered. I would understand if I was the one who ignored the information provided to me then it’s my loss… but in this instance I feel this is unfair treatment, not sure why.

I really enjoy this range and shop. The staff are incredible friendly and very helpful. the prices are on par with some of the other big retailers but not completely out of the normal range. The big draw card for me is the quality of the facilities. the 25 and 100m range are excellent. That fact alone is worth going for.

Telephone not answered (10 times). Email not answered. I called several times and got cut off without being answered. I then emailed the General Manager Johann Janse van Rensburg: johan@waterfallarms.com and no reply.
