My package was delivered at MyUS UK 8 days ago and I received confirmation from DHL. There is no trace of my package on the MyUS system. Their support function don't work as I have repeatedly followed up with MyUS but there is just no response other than the system-generated replies of "we'll get back to you".
I still haven't received my license disk for the car I bought on 11 Oct. The disk and reg papers were going to be delivered to me. F&I person not returning calls and messages. Now I cannot renew my other cars' licenses - the new car's license first needs to be renewed, meaning I will be driving unlicensed vehicles soon. It's cost me R312 so far to get a document showing why I cannot renew my other cars. Ridiculous.
There is no cell phone signal at my new house. I called 082135 and was sent to a bot that doesn't work and doesn't cater for my question and goes into a loop asking the same irrelevant questions over and over. It eventually timed out. I moved 500 metres from my old house to my new house and my signal went from strong to non-existent. I need Vodacom to look into the coverage issue and engage with me through a real person that tells me what Vodacom is going to do to improve coverage in my area in Johannesburg.
There's no answer on their phone lines 087 230 0204 or 010 746 8862. They're also not returning messages or emails.
Booked a flight and paid for excess luggage (20kg) to accommodate my rifle case. I paid R1610. I then called Airlink to notify them that I will be traveling with a rifle. Airlink told me that I should not have paid in advance, and that I would have to pay AGAIN when at the airport. They told me that the R1610 I have paid already cannot be used in lieu of paying at the airport. Neither can it be refunded. So, I would have to pay R1610 too much. The process when making a booking is very unclear and Airlink is very opportunistic and blase about treating their customers fairly.
Two appointments for an installation have now been missed by Netstar - no warning or explanation given.
Charged me R1020 for wheel balancing (not alignment, just balancing) of 4 wheels. Daylight robbery. If you want to be ripped off go to Tiger Wheel Rosebank Mall.
I ordered (and paid for) goods from Huntalot.com on 4 September 2022. The next day I was informed that they don't have stock of the items I bought, so I asked for a refund. On 8 September I followed up, as the refund has not taken place yet. I was informed that it takes 3-5 days to complete a refund. It is now 11 days since I paid for the items and still no refund. Their system should not allow someone to pay for items that are out of stock, and they should have a much better system for dealing with refunds.
Telephone not answered (10 times). Email not answered. I called several times and got cut off without being answered. I then emailed the General Manager Johann Janse van Rensburg: johan@waterfallarms.com and no reply.
