MyUS Zero Customer Service!!!! Stole my subscription money.
I cancelled my subscription because I never bought anything from MyUs. Now I don’t receive any responses from them whether via email or via their online platform. I am seriously annoyed with your company and demand a refund after you debited my account with having my permission.

Stay far away from MyUs.com as they are not ethical. On 31 July I bought an item from Autotech USA on Ebay and requested delivery to my MyUs address that I registered that same day. The parcel was shipped to Saratoga and then MyUs did the paperwork and forwarded the parcel to South Africa via Aramex. When the parcel arrived in South Africa it was inspected and customs requested all invoices from me. It is then that I realised that instead of the $47.87 USD I paid for the item, MyUS declared only $20 value which caused me a hefty penalty for giving a false customs declaration. When I queried this with MyUs, the answer I got is that they did not receive an invoice with the item and guessed its value on a fair market price. I consider that as highly unprofessional especially from a company branding themselves as experts. Would a professional company not send an email to their customer to advise him that they did not receive an invoice so that he can arrange one? An answer to my email to support I was that it was my responsibility to give them the customs value of the parcel, yet nowhere do they ask for that on my order submission form to them or did they bother to contact me to tell me that they did not have a definite value. Now I am sitting, my parcel confiscated by South African customs, I received a fine, had to pay all the customs duties fees. MyUs, I think you should let your heads hang in shame for causing other people financial loss. I immediately cancelled my account with MyUs, and can assure them that I will do a lot of free negative PR for them. By the way, MyUs do not even deserve one star.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER to sum up they are not correct, they are *********, they are very inefficient and they barely reply to their customers- I wish I can post proof of communication, here are some of what happened with me: 1- I buy sports cards from box breaks so when you pay $10 for a team you might received a $1000 card so they assume their own values of the cards and when you challenge their value and submit an invoice for the team you bought they started asking you for an invoice stating each card separately - total BS 2- I have discovered (late after processing with them around 300 shipment) that more than 50% of the packages weights they were claiming are over stated and sometimes 10 times more than the real weight. when you challenge them they ask you to pay an extra fee (for a mistake they have done) and if i turned our to be right they will refund the fees 3- Now i have with them sports cards for an approximate value of $200 that they are claiming late storage fees for 75$. Knowing they were the ones who kept delaying the communications and asking for documents and proofs of payments etc.... until I have exceeded the 2 months free storage. At the end i got disgusted and asked them to keep the cards for their kids to enjoy them in case you need proof, everything is available

Knowing they were the ones who kept delaying the communications and asking for documents and proofs of payments etc.... until I have exceeded the 2 months free storage. At the end i got disgusted and asked them to keep the cards for their kids to enjoy them in case you need proof, everything is available

worst company ever!
Do not use this company!!! Avoid! I wish I could leave 0 stars! I bought a 13$ book from Amazon. They charged me 47$ to ship it to Greece! Once arrived to Greece, customs and courier charged me 98 more euros because of the high shipping rate!!! Refused to receive the book. I just lost my money! Never again!

Be careful
I bought a car card fragrance in the UK for £20, but when shipped through MyUS, they declared its value as £50 for a small paper car fragrance. This ended up costing me around R1100 for shipping and duty. That’s insane!
