unfortunatly I cant do a 0 rating. I would avoid this company if I could. its very weird that bash uses them as the logistics partner. go to courier guy!
Not a pleasant experience. I ordered and cancelled stuff which hadn't been shipped and was still with them, they told me they had a 30% of value restocking fee. I understand some penalty not that anyone else does it but it would have been 6000 ZAR to take it out of the box and put it back on the shelf. Their returns policy is a **** and bullying tactics
Absolutely pathetic service, called in on a Thursday looking for a specific vehicle and was told there were none in stock but they could get it no issue. When I asked what the lead time was they said you will have it no later than the following Tuesday. I sent the full funds without hesitation. Saturday came along and I called to confirm if the funds had been received. I was told the system doesn’t work on Saturday. Monday morning received a message that the funds had been received and they were arranging the car. Later Monday, I received a message stating that they were very sorry but they were unable to secure the vehicle and they needed to refund me, I was furious at this point. I called another dealer that had the same vehicle. They said yes they would give it to me at the same price. I requested Toyota bryanston to pay the funds over to the other dealer. They refused “company policy”… that made me more upset. I told them fine, semt my company details from where the funds had been sent. A day later I received a form and a million questions including original POP along with a complete KYC for my own funds back. The dealer principal was unhelpful and the entire experience was just pathetic. I will drive 100km from my office to service my car to ensure I never deal with them again.
Absolutely disgraceful. I would be ashamed to work for this company. There is no accountability not even from senior management. I cannot understand why big brands like Nike or amazon have chosen them as a delivery partner
I can’t share an experience for a company that doesn’t give any service. This is the closest thing to a registered **** I have experienced. I thought aramex was the worst, UPS have dethroned them
I paid a lot of fines at the end of November last year. When I check the status of those fines, they are still reflected as unpaid. I just received a notice that one of the fines I paid via the portal over three months ago is going for summons.
I really enjoy this range and shop. The staff are incredible friendly and very helpful. the prices are on par with some of the other big retailers but not completely out of the normal range. The big draw card for me is the quality of the facilities. the 25 and 100m range are excellent. That fact alone is worth going for.
I was disappointed with M & C. It took almost two months to finish the work I asked for. Some things were done well, but others could have been done better. I had a handgun slide cut to mount an optic and a trimness trigger installed. The slide milling is terrible. I sent the optic with all the necessary parts, including the thin base plate. It came back without the plate attached, and they decided to make me their own plate, which was 3mm thick. I have also used the gun, and the trigger needs to be corrected. It's mushy and doesn't reset nicely. I couldn't bother arguing with them as it took almost two months to get to that point, so instead, I just took the gun to another gunsmith to repair all the things that were done. The cleaning and other jobs that I did were okay but took forever.
The after-sales are terrible. I would not recommend their equipment purely due to after-sales assistance!
When it works its pretty good. Ironically though, when it rains the service is nonexistent. I am going to change to a different service provider.
