Slow to react, do not respond to basic requests and only interested in sending out quotations. Does not feel or act like someone that I feel comfortable with spending huge amounts of money with. Rather take my business elsewhere with people that truly make you feel like they value your business

Thank you for wonderful service. Management were gracious to repair for free an inverter I had damaged through my own fault. Candice went out of her way to ship the unit back. Thanks again

This company does everything to deny liability and not honour their warranty. Their supplier indicates a communication error btw inverter and battery - and they responsible for installation - caused battery to overcharge. They claim can’t be responsible as inverter settings can be changed by anyone with access. With many providers - I would look elsewhere for a supplier

This company does everything to deny liability and not honour their warranty. I have my two electric geysers converted to be powered by solar panels. Bundu Power did a magnificent work of installing Gecko system to heat my geysers. The system works very well to such extent that we power with only the solar panels and use Eskom only on cloudy days. Their service was excellent, hands on and responsive to calls salesperson, Jabu. Technicians were professional, knowledgeable, neat and did after sales follow up to check if all is well. Thank you to Bundu Power

Its been more than SIX WEEKS and they still havent replaced or fixed my Lithium battery. First they want CoC’s from electritions (which I still dont understand as they sold the battery with a warranty and never said thats a pre-requisite). Luckily I had this and the COC and proof of purchase was provided they send me an invoice for R6000 to fix it. I explained to them the battery which costs R23k is still under warranty and then they at least admitted that it is indeed under warranty Now apparently they have to send it to China because China doesnt agree with their report or something. This while for 6 weeks the battery has left me without power or water with 3 small kids at home everytime there is load shedding. We cant use toilets, bath or use internet for assignments etc. Im still waiting and BUNDU just dont seem to care. i am following up daily from now on with Michelle from Bundu. Will have to get lawyers or National Consumer Commission involved soon as I see other clients on Hello Peter has gone through the same struggles and had there products replaced after winning this process against Bundu. Dont sell something under warranty if you are not prepared to replace or fix it!

Endless trouble and months of time trying to get a system that we had bought from Bundu tested, parts replaced, quotes etc. Even getting the item collected once sorted was a struggle. Courier Guy had to go four times to try to collect. And then to top it off , they closed for Christmas with my parcel still in their dispatch center. I personally asked the Manager of the branch to make sure my parcel get sent out and he made no effort at all to see that it was done. Will never buy from them again if I have another option.
