Terrible after sales service, slow to follow up and poor communication
I am not happy with the Matrix Customer Care Call Centre as they gave me the run around for 2 weeks but I went directly to their Head Office in Waterfall today & Lesego Mokone was very helpful & sorted everything out. In addition, Junaid Ally (?) checked my vehicle to ensure the trackers had been fitted properly by the installer. He was also very efficient & polite.
What a bunch of idiots. They are a Chinese mail order business with one contact telephone number locally. The initial order they got the shoe sizes and the colours wrong. After 2 months of arguing with them they agreed to replace the order. The shoes arrived today, the correct colours but the shoe sizes completely wrong again. I've given up & waved our R1,600 goodbye. Don't touch them with a bargepole. It's a ****.
