Worst Service everrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, This is the worst online shop thus far and will not refer or suggest for anyone to use it.

I ordered my item on the 29th of March and was promised that I will receive my goods within 7 to 15 days. I have sent to many request to find out of the ETA of my item and have not received any feed back. I wish I can rate half a Stars since they did a great job in taking my money.
