I am really not one to go on social media to complain but I must emphasise how frustrating it is to travel all the way to ****a in Canal walk from Table bay just to reward myself with an Oreo chocolate that I always buy from them, just to get to the store and they are people in the store however a gentleman walked in before me and placed an order, the cashier said something to the guy and he got upset… I could hear that there is a tiny verbal altercation then he tells them what he wants and pays, I am then asked what I want and I was told that they are closed, and they are cashing up, I tell him I don’t have cash I can pay by card and he then says the kitchen is closed already. What frustrates me is it was not even 9pm and also they already just took an order, I am the last person in the line yet I was not helped. It is not the first time I get there and I am turned away which is fine cause the first time I understood that the kitchen is closed but this time they take another order in front of me after the client was upset they never told him to leave. Then the guy laughs when I tell them I can pay with card and said I told you we are closed. After expressing myself, ****a then decides to justify this by telling me that the guy did the order telephonically meanwhile I saw him walk in, point a drink and pay for it. I am not sure whether you guys think I am intellectually challenged. You should have not rep**** at all.
