I want to understand why there is misleading information about using your identity account card at truworths? when you search online, it says yes it is possible but i go in store, i am told that you can not? Why do you people have misleading information???????? Its so frustrating!
I have never experienced such disrespect from this shop like this people, i called for an interview and when I arrived, i went to the store and i was told by the security guard to go out of the store and i must go sut at a bench and I will be called. The security guard came back and told me that I was wrong for waiting in the store and she said if i want the job i better wait till 3 o’clock because the person is not at work. After waiting till 3, the lady told me that she never called me and that i was lying, i felt so disrespectful because i can not understand what was wrong, after they had a chat and a laugh they called me in side and gave me a questionnaire, when i returned and as i wanted to give them my documents as requested, Noxy said to me dont bother, keep them and we will call you. Is this the type of treatment that a company conducts? It’s disgusting!
I can’t emphasise how much I am so upset about my experience with Luyanda Mtima from N1 City Virgin Active. I mean can someone explain to me what is the use of a salesperson if they can’t even comprehend the fact that you are hired to be of service and also deal with clients where possible ( if its within your perview) and yes generate sales, however that does not mean that give the client wrong info, pressure them to pay so you can get commission and ignore them after they made payment and the money deducted from their account is way more than you said. Right so lets just let the client solve the problem herself cause i got a sale!!! Firstly i was told i am getting June free and 50% off over 3 months then I was told 30% off for July then 60% off the next 2 months which confused me cause he kept changing the promotion all the time when i asked for an explanation. I asked him to explain as it doesn’t make sense and he said he can’t explain something thenni go to another branch and someone else gets a sale while he worked for it. He sent me numerous of messages to make payment and after i make payment, i had an issue where the money deducted did not reflect the amount he told me and i have all the nessages. I called for him, he never returned my call, I received an email with a survey and never got an response from anyone, except calls from customer agents asking for payment. A collections agent contacted me to discuss the account and I explained my situation to her, she sent an email to Luyanda and copied me and asked him to explain why we are at this point, we never got a response… she emailed him again urging him to respond and till today i am left to figure it all out for myself.
I am really not one to go on social media to complain but I must emphasise how frustrating it is to travel all the way to ****a in Canal walk from Table bay just to reward myself with an Oreo chocolate that I always buy from them, just to get to the store and they are people in the store however a gentleman walked in before me and placed an order, the cashier said something to the guy and he got upset… I could hear that there is a tiny verbal altercation then he tells them what he wants and pays, I am then asked what I want and I was told that they are closed, and they are cashing up, I tell him I don’t have cash I can pay by card and he then says the kitchen is closed already. What frustrates me is it was not even 9pm and also they already just took an order, I am the last person in the line yet I was not helped. It is not the first time I get there and I am turned away which is fine cause the first time I understood that the kitchen is closed but this time they take another order in front of me after the client was upset they never told him to leave. Then the guy laughs when I tell them I can pay with card and said I told you we are closed. After expressing myself, ****a then decides to justify this by telling me that the guy did the order telephonically meanwhile I saw him walk in, point a drink and pay for it. I am not sure whether you guys think I am intellectually challenged. You should have not rep**** at all.
