We booked for 5 nights in Manyaleti Game park with Michael Swart form Book Direct. We paid our deposit last year October and the balance in Dec, R11950. We were informed 6 weeks before our trip that Book Direct was not going to use Manyaleti anymore and that our money would be refunded to us. It is 8 weeks now and Michael Swart has told me that our deposit " fell thru the cracks " and that a deposit was never paid and the our balance of payment was never paid either. He has promised to refund our money and said he would sign an acknowledgement of debt, but when I sent him the papers, he has chosen to ignore it. Basically he took my R11950 and used it for something other than my booking and blamed the establishment that they were not up to scratch. It was only when i said I would go to the establishment myself personally that Micheal informed me that no money had been handed over to them and they would send me back to him. He has ****** my money and ****med us.

I have been corresponding with all affected clients and i apologize if you have not received any emails from me. I acknowledge the amount owing to you and assure you i am doing the best i can to get all clients affected paid their refunds as soon as possible. It is however extremely difficult at the moment as i am no longer facilitating any bookings and due to this matter, i have lost all means of income and am relying totally on o the help of friends to assist me financially to get all the refunds paid back..
