Hello Peter
I am very disappointed with boomerang marketing, they are a true definition of a conman. They act as a broker for New National insurance but one thing I can tell you is that if you have trouble on weekend you on your own it's hard to get help I'm talking from experience.
Last year November 19 I had an accident a car reversed into my car smashing into it. My car was written off by the traffic officer on the scene. I struggled to get a tow truck, after getting the car I wasn't given even a lift was left there had to call my brother to fetch me.
Then the process started, I had to be the one calling boomerang asking them what is happening, I always and believe that a broker makes your job easier but this broker is a cover up to New National insurance. The process took more than a month I don't remember how many calls and emails I sent them some of the tactics you can see that they just pure delay tactics.
I finally got paid but then the real problem started on my side, the person I smashed into while the other car bumped me, didn't get any help from insurance. I sent Boomerang marketing emails, called them trying to figure out why aren't they doing anything to this poor person. She calls me every day asking me to fix her car cause the insurance decline to fix the car after asking her to get 3 quotes.
I took a comprehensive insurance knowing that it covers the 3rd party accident as well, I had also took a car hire option but by the time I got into accident I was told that I don't have a courtesy car. I have a woman who calls me every day, sending me emails every day looking for me to fix her car cause my insurance doesn't want to fix her car. I'm really tired of avoiding this woman like I'm a scam when I know that the real scammers are boomerang marketing and new national insurance.
