I honestly do not know how AAA claims company ended up with the person I was involved in an accident but one thing I'm sure is New national know how to avoid paying up for sure. I was involved in an accident, New national took weeks to pay up for my car that was written off. That's where the real problem started, the 3rd party that I was involved in an accident with car was never fixed, they sent her from pillar to post. She was even asked to go get 3 quotes after coming back with that she was avoided, they never answered her calls even when she sent emails the was no answer. She was dealing with Noreen Beytell after Noreen realised that the lady was never backing down, she told her that the claim was declined without any reason. When the lady asked for decline letter she didn't get response that means that after whole 3 months we don't know why they declined the claim since there's no decline letter to state the reason for rejection non payment of the third party claim. Now I'm stuck with the third-party lady whom I bumped and AAA claims company does not want to pay, she wants me to fix her car since I am the one who bumped into her, I'm surprised that after they had told me they sorting her they didn't AAA claim company is a scam that protects new national insurance from paying up people need to watch them
Hello Peter I am very disappointed with boomerang marketing, they are a true definition of a conman. They act as a broker for New National insurance but one thing I can tell you is that if you have trouble on weekend you on your own it's hard to get help I'm talking from experience. Last year November 19 I had an accident a car reversed into my car smashing into it. My car was written off by the traffic officer on the scene. I struggled to get a tow truck, after getting the car I wasn't given even a lift was left there had to call my brother to fetch me. Then the process started, I had to be the one calling boomerang asking them what is happening, I always and believe that a broker makes your job easier but this broker is a cover up to New National insurance. The process took more than a month I don't remember how many calls and emails I sent them some of the tactics you can see that they just pure delay tactics. I finally got paid but then the real problem started on my side, the person I smashed into while the other car bumped me, didn't get any help from insurance. I sent Boomerang marketing emails, called them trying to figure out why aren't they doing anything to this poor person. She calls me every day asking me to fix her car cause the insurance decline to fix the car after asking her to get 3 quotes. I took a comprehensive insurance knowing that it covers the 3rd party accident as well, I had also took a car hire option but by the time I got into accident I was told that I don't have a courtesy car. I have a woman who calls me every day, sending me emails every day looking for me to fix her car cause my insurance doesn't want to fix her car. I'm really tired of avoiding this woman like I'm a scam when I know that the real scammers are boomerang marketing and new national insurance. Regards Mandlenkosi Mazibuko
Hello Peter Now I'm sure that Betway is a scam, I bought 6 vouchers on the 13th of April 2021 all those vouchers went through without any problems but one voucher for R1000 it indicated that it was already used. I tried to query that with them, they asked me to take picture of the voucher and send it to them so they can investigate. They investigated the matter and even found the person who used the voucher instead of making sure that the culprit returns the money, they gave me the person details for me to confront. Now they say they can't help me and that means I have lost my money, now what makes it even worse I may have lost opportunity to make more money by them not refunding. I'm not asking for anything, just my refund then I will even stop using their platform since they are modern day thieves clearly.
I'm dissatisfied with rain internet service first it only works for 30min and struggle with conectivity for the rest of the day, you try to cantact them they are nowhere to be found. When you try to cancel the site doesn't give you options to do so until month end and you realised that you been billed without using even a kb, when you finally find a way to deactivate and you think your nightmare is over boom another debit, second month in succession you are being debited without using their service. When you finally get hold someone you being told that you canceled in August but effect took place 1st of September and they continue telling you that they don't charge for data used. I'm not satisfied with their service hope people will know about my experience and learn from it. Nothing is hurting like being taken for a ride for the money you worked hard for it.
Standard bank home insurance is the modern day con artists and is the worse home insurance in the market. The stuff doesn't understand the basis of customer service, to service providers who don't finish jobs and the list is endless and I'm tired of logging complaints because those are never taken seriously. If I knew or had a way of getting in contact with CEO I would but for now I will talk to ombudsman. I logged a claim about a leaking bath 2 months ago, they sent their service provider to come check then the service provider kept quiet I was doing the run around asking them what was happening. Whenever I would call standard bank agents will want me to start from the start. One guy from communications finally looked like we were going somewhere but he as well disappeared into thin air when I decided that I would do it on my own and send them invoice. Mandla from communications asked me to send that quote and I did. Everything was quiet again until Wednesday when I got a call 2 months later saying my claim was unsuccessful. Claiming at standard bank is a horifying and your staff will cause customers to move. 2 months later they decline after I had sent a quote, looks like they they don't want to pay.
