I'm staying at one of the buildings owned by Boost Properties with my mother. For the past 8 months we've have been charged exorbitant amounts for water usage, whenever we call the office to enquire, the lady on the other end doesn't want to listen to what you have to say, she will very rudely interrupt you and tell you that what is charged is what you've used. There's only 2 people living in this apartment and we leave early in the morning for work and we come back at 6pm, who is using this water that is being charged? Today we called the office again, the lady responsible for our building was rude as usual but handed the phone over to the owner of Boost Properties- Mark Steele. Mr Steele proceeded to say if we don't want to pay for water, we should stand outside, collect rain water and use that so that we don't get charged. There are apartments in this building with more people living in them who are paying below R200 for water yet WE (2 people) are being charged R1000 this month. The apartment has been checked for leaks, the are none. So what is the problem? Clearly this company doesn't value their customers, even those that have lived here for decades

There's nothing right about this company. I wouldnt advise anyone to rent from them. They got bad customer service and they don't know how to talk to their clients. Like how does your staff change stories when asked and makes up stories that will cover themselves and the ****** owner Mark is just as rude as his staff. I wonder why does one work in such a toxic environment. Imagine going to resolve an issue and this ****** Mark decided to swear me f you before I even talk. It's like his not okay mentally, few minutes later after swearing me he wants to make jokes with me and those coloured ladies working there are as rude as him. No wonder your apartments will stay empty. Worse company ever. They don't do maintenance or fix any issues you might have urgently but don't pay your rent for a month they want to kick you out as if they have the same urgency with maintenance. Trust me boost is not worth the stress it's gonna put you thru.

They are the worse property ever. They do not know how to treat tenants and never attend to their problems. I've lived there since April 2022 till present and they have never fixed my cupboards or repainted the house. 23 Sharp street is the worse Boost Property, and we moving out. Electricity is always an issue. Their houses always have problems. I will never advise anyone to live in this flats
