I'm staying at one of the buildings owned by Boost Properties with my mother. For the past 8 months we've have been charged exorbitant amounts for water usage, whenever we call the office to enquire, the lady on the other end doesn't want to listen to what you have to say, she will very rudely interrupt you and tell you that what is charged is what you've used. There's only 2 people living in this apartment and we leave early in the morning for work and we come back at 6pm, who is using this water that is being charged? Today we called the office again, the lady responsible for our building was rude as usual but handed the phone over to the owner of Boost Properties- Mark Steele. Mr Steele proceeded to say if we don't want to pay for water, we should stand outside, collect rain water and use that so that we don't get charged. There are apartments in this building with more people living in them who are paying below R200 for water yet WE (2 people) are being charged R1000 this month. The apartment has been checked for leaks, the are none. So what is the problem? Clearly this company doesn't value their customers, even those that have lived here for decades
