I'm struggling now for 7 months with connection, line speed, an operator uploaded un registered software onto my modem, and stuffed it up, so that in was needed to be replaced, was off line for 2.5 days, with a struggle I got a discount of R47, which has Not yet been de ducted from my account, the technician which came to replace the faulty modem had a faulty laptop to do his work, setting up the new modem took a meer 4 hrs to setup, after which a 2nd tech was called, This is the worst Internet supplier I have had in years. Can't wait to end this contract, the line speed is so ****, I can't even do a speed test
