Most useless WiFi providers , wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating but unfortunately I have to at least do that to make a review . Everytime I phone about my connection it’s always department I get out through no one can actually do their jobs and they are rude when they talk to you it’s been over 4 days now of false promises even after I made payment there’s no care or worry in the world about customer service or customer satisfaction absolutely disgusted

Herotel is shameless and a ****mer disconnect our services for an account that is due on the 10th July than when we enquire they insist us to pay we make the payment now they tell me we will be connected again after 3 day daylight ******* you received our money but now we can't get services for 3 days so our money is just going for nothing I so wish u get competition here in Queenstown sies you robbing us from our hard earned money... don't join herotel if u see them run for your life cause they will such you dry and I will lay a complaint with icasa

In the last two months we have had so much down time. Every time I try call the support line after hours number. I’ve been holding on for two and a half hours with no answer. The so called support whatup line no response over three hours now holding on and so frustrated and I’m done with herotel and there don’t care attitude for there customers. So sad that we treated with such disrespect. Good bye herotel and good riddance. Very disgusted customer.

Lost connection and logged a ticket 2 weeks ago. They promised to send a technician but no one came. Connection was restored a day or 2 after without any assistance from them, which clearly meant a faulty cable. Last week Friday we lost connection again and logged a call. They again said a technician would be sent. On Saturday we had work scheduled to start on our roof. I called again on Saturday and on Sunday, still no technician! The technician only came on Tuesday. Trying to find an easy way out he claimed the cable had been damaged by the guys who worked on the roof. I told him he’s talking nonsense because the fault predated the work which started after the third time reporting the fault, and that there was no internet by the time they started the work. Now they’re trying to ****** me to pay a call out fee for a fault that wasn’t on our end, adamant that the fault was due to the work carried out on our roof! I WILL JOT BE VICTIMISED BY USELESS IDIOTS!

I'm struggling now for 7 months with connection, line speed, an operator uploaded un registered software onto my modem, and stuffed it up, so that in was needed to be replaced, was off line for 2.5 days, with a struggle I got a discount of R47, which has Not yet been de ducted from my account, the technician which came to replace the faulty modem had a faulty laptop to do his work, setting up the new modem took a meer 4 hrs to setup, after which a 2nd tech was called, This is the worst Internet supplier I have had in years. Can't wait to end this contract, the line speed is so ****, I can't even do a speed test

It's now two weeks of no internet connection. A promise was made to send a technician this Saturday but as I write this review it's 12:15, there's no indication that someone will come fix this problem. Last week I missed a crucial online meeting because of this challenge and it seems this is going to be ongoing but I am paying for the service.

Firstly this company tried to run a cable in front of my sea view. After an abusive verbal altercation they buried the cable past my wall. I now have a new tenant who wants Fibre. She app**** for an installation connection in June 2023. No luck even after 4 phone calls and promises of a return call She phoned again and registered another installation connection. I then took over the calls. Every single office person I spoke to promised a return call either within an hour or the same day. Guess what?
