I wrote a negative review last week about netstar, however today 10/02/25 they are here busy with the job they promised.
From last week they have been calling me about upgrading my car tracker. We first agreed on 27th January 2025 but it never occurred then 29th January and then 06th February at 9:30. At the time I am writing this review, time is 11:08 and nothing was said that they can't make it. I first communicated via their watsap to no avail then an office call still can't get through.
The host was cool,calm and collected, responsible respectful, I salute her. The drivers were also well-behaved and well conversant with their bus, no stage where I felt threatened bcs the driver is reckless, not at all. The 1st accommodation in Peermont nearly deterred me bcs of the location and surroundings but once u step inside everything ws up to standard. I enjoyed every moment.
Just registered and within a split of a second the money is deducted BUT when I try to login I am told about dates and times on devices. I press OK but NO AVAIL. PLEASE ASSIST because I can't even reach their call center.
I am trying to get hold of MTN RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT but to NO AVAIL. May this DEPARTMENT from MTN kindly contact me it's URGENT.
I feel disgusted by the way Truworths is treating customers. I couldn't make a payment for one month and I wrote them an email explaining why I couldn't make a payment and I made arrangements with them on my email but the whole month I have been treated like trash having to explain myself over and over again. Why are u offering customers an opportunity to make payment arrangements if u will continue harassing them left right n center. Before you harass a customer find his or her credit record with your company. What u r doing is rude and undermining. U r treating your TruRoyal clients like trash.
It's now two weeks of no internet connection. A promise was made to send a technician this Saturday but as I write this review it's 12:15, there's no indication that someone will come fix this problem. Last week I missed a crucial online meeting because of this challenge and it seems this is going to be ongoing but I am paying for the service.
I would like to share that on Sunday 10th September I made an online purchase using paygate, but on Tuesday morning I wake up to messages that there's an online purchase which I needed to verify. Unfortunately I had no knowledge of this latter, but it meant my information was compromised and thanks to my bank that there's verification and OTP for online purchases. I had to cancel my card
