I’m a VIP player on 10 bet and they have a rewards program that works on loyalty points I’m on the 8th tier of the 10 tier program level 39 the perks for my level clearly advertise a birthday bonus and now they say that I haven’t been playing enough seems like their promotions are only for players who lose money and not for players who make money . They should stop this false advertising and imprint TsCs with it which they have not done . From what I’ve been told I do not get a birthday bonus becuase last time I played I won (false advertising)
Most useless WiFi providers , wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating but unfortunately I have to at least do that to make a review . Everytime I phone about my connection it’s always department I get out through no one can actually do their jobs and they are rude when they talk to you it’s been over 4 days now of false promises even after I made payment there’s no care or worry in the world about customer service or customer satisfaction absolutely disgusted
Firstly I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating but unfortunately you need atleast a 1 star rating to write a review! The poorest customer service I've ever experienced parcel didn't arrive on time custimer service platforms just don't respond or the ignore me completely. I don't recommend Skynet couriers to anyone or any business !!
Hollywoodbets is the worst sportsbook anyone could ever use I made 2 consecutive deposits last week Friday the 23rd of February 2024 one was for R1700 and the other was for R1500 it took 4 days and over R200 airtime and a lot of data and fighting with them to get the first deposit of R1700 now its 6 days later and I'm still fighting with them for the R1500 they have no interest in helping and always talk circles around the matter and lie and say I'll be credited everyday they want to start the 48 hour waiting period over and over again I'm now begging for my money !!!
I made 2 payments using ozow on the 23rd of febuary one was for R1500 and the other one was for R1700 that's a total of R3200 the payment portals had a issues and the money was deducted from my bank account and the reciepicant was debited yet my funds weren't placed in their account it's been 4 days now and still no funds reflecting I don't know what to think of this but looks like it could turn into a case of theft in the sense that no one is responding to me or trying to help me and I don't have my funds
I made 3 payments from capitec bank 3 days ago into betway and hollywoodbets the money went out my bank account but never reflected in either of those platforms I contacted betway and hollwyood they confirmed the issue was with capitec so I asked them to reverse the payments they still haven't done so it's been over 72 hours I run out of airtime whilst talking to a consultant and they don't even phone me back !! I've used R200 airtime trying resolve this and I know I won't even get that back too , the worst service I've ever received
I made 2 deposits on Friday the 23rd of febuary one for R1500 and one for R1700 they never reflected in my hollywood bets account I then spoke to consultants one being Fundiswa shabala they requested proof of payments I sent them I got a ticket number now 3 days later I enquire again to find out what's going on and am told I have to redo the whole process and it can take up to another 48 hours it seems like their consultants and teams are not interested in doing their jobs and just don't care about their customers now I have R3200 missing and no one can tell me where it is its just a reacting loop that's happening even after using R150 air time and countless data I still have no accurate feed back and no funds in my hollywoodbets account !!!
I won big on wsb and made a withdrawal they didn't pay me my withdrawal even though I was fic registered they reversed the withdrawal back into my wsb account and said a consultant would phone me and they never did I sent a email complaint over a week ago no response !!don't waste your time or money on wsb rather use legit book makers like hollywoodbets or betway !!!

Hollywoodbets are giving me a poor customer service I done a withdrawl on the 5th of Febuary 2023 today is the 10th of febuary 2023 over 119 hours later .their withdralw section advertises a 48 hour time frame for the process yet its been more than double of that and I have not received it in my bank account or my hollywoodbets account .I've spoken to over 20 consultants sent their withdrawl team over 50 emails and used R100 airtime to try and sort it out yet no one is able to help me they just talk circles around it ssying i must be patient and best of all they don't compensate for those expenses the customer service is very and I don't even get a response from emails I feel robbed ,and mistread .I was always used to a good customer service from them I just don't know what's happening now .please I need help
