OZOW not a good payment gateway to use !
Made a booking on Emirates using OZOW payment gateway. Payment went off my account but when returned to Emirates showed payment failed but payment went off my account. Online chat non existent, whatsapp robot no use, phoned - no answer ! Yet, 2 payments of over R16000 went off my account both payments "failed", my bank confirmed payments deducted ! Who are now going to be held liable if my clients lose the extra's I booked for them as only 6 available????? Not the 1st time struggling with OZOW, in future, will not use any website using them as a payment gateway as they clearly have issues with their portal and we as the customers are left running around trying to sort out the mess THEY caused !!

OZOW not a good payment gateway to use !
Made a booking on Emirates using OZOW payment gateway. Payment went off my account but when returned to Emirates showed payment failed but payment went off my account. Online chat non existent, whatsapp robot no use, phoned - no answer ! Yet, 2 payments of over R16000 went off my account both payments "failed", my bank confirmed payments deducted ! Who are now going to be held liable if my clients lose the extra's I booked for them as only 6 available????? Not the 1st time struggling with OZOW, in future, will not use any website using them as a payment gateway as they clearly have issues with their portal and we as the customers are left running around trying to sort out the mess THEY caused !!

Be WEARY of online trading with SHEIN and OZOW.
Online Payment made on mid October to SHEIN via OZOW for goods ordered. Payment was processed and taken from my Credit Card. Queried SHEIN why no goods were delivered (via website - no personal interaction). SHEIN advised to contact OZOW their payment portal. SHEIN ticket = GAZTKWF5AKPSMDL. Contacted OZOW, their web/whatsapp messaging Robot is useless... again left a message on their website... OZOW advised that I should contact SHEIN to get a refund from SHEIN. Contacted SHEIN again. Ticket = GAZTKWKQPNT76BK SHEIN advised no payment was received from OZOW and I must contact my bank. No help from SHEIN or OZOW but they happy to take your cash. 20+ days after placed order on Shein for R731-00 was paid from my Credit Card and I still have no money and no goods. Be WEARY of online trading with SHEIN and OZOW.

Unreliable payouts & zero support.
I am very disappointed in Ozow’s service. A client paid through my website early on Tuesday morning. Ozow promises payouts within 24 hours, yet it’s now four days later, and I still don’t have my money. I’ve spoken to three different support agents who all told me they would “escalate” the matter and get back to me before the end of the day. Not one of them did. No feedback, no explanation, no resolution. This is not the first time either. A few weeks ago, I had the same issue, and once again I was promised my payout would reflect within 24 hours — and it didn’t. This situation puts my business in a terrible position. I cannot continue using a payment gateway that cannot deliver, cannot communicate, and cannot resolve issues. I will be moving to another service provider.

AVOID OZOW AT ALL COSTS!
NEVER use this payment method. I booked one flight via Emirates airlines. Ozow deducted double the payment (yes, for two international flights!!) and Emirates insist they have not received the money. So, no flights, and no money returned. Ozow refuse to confirm or deny whether payments were made by them referring me back to Emirates. This makes it difficult to know whether this is an admin error, *****, or a phishing ****. AVOID OZOW at all costs.

I would like to commend Ozow for their exceptional service and professionalism. After a frustrating experience with a failed online order and absolutely no help from the vendor or their payment partner, Ikhokha, it was Ozow who stepped in and resolved the issue. Ozow worst paymnt gateway - *****ing your money
not worth using Ozow, they take your money out double from your bank accout. and you dont get it back. when you call them they send you to the vendor and even worse. Ozow needs to take accountability for *****ing and losing our money. if the transaction fail , dont take out hard earned money you *******
