I cannot do this anymore , R7300 gone out of my account I am left with nothing , absa ***** department is refusing help , and doesnt care that I dont have a cent left for food and that I have not eaten in days. All they saying is its still under investigation. Your ***** department is treating me like the ******** , I just want my money back but no help! no assistance!
Ozow has allowed my money to disapear the merchant didnt receive it and they have been investigating for 24 hours now and no feedback..... emails getting ignored
So easybet is so easy to ***** your money, I deposited a small amount of R250 and guess what between easybet and ozow they lost the payment saying I abandond it , witch to the fact I did not. they refusing to refund me and also refusing assistance
I am livid and angry , I dont know what is going on with takelots deliveries lately , I had 2 orders now where delivery is a hassle , I am 2 blocks away from there umhlanga collections , normally once I get my sms they here within an hour and lately you have to beg for assistance , Takelot get your act together , as of today I will not be a customer anymore and I am cancelling my takelot more aswell , I will much rather go to a store and get it myself , so much for you great service if there isnt any and your staff at the call center is extremely rude
No service , LIES LIES and misinformation , I get told by Thara Hendricks my administrator that there system on epic is lying and my tax application has not even been done, Yet the website state it is completed, I was told yesterday I will receive my money by end of this week , and now delays upon delays , I have been told that is marked as urgent , again they are just delaying the process , managers never call you back , what a ****show!!!!!!!!!!!! I see they send the same response to everyone that complains on hellopeter, I want actions to happen not a response that means nothing , ombudsman is my next move , because as a financial institution , they dont even record calls
I have had it with this bank , they allowed R15 000 to disappear out of my account , with a card that was blocked , now they stating I put in my pin code , secondly I opened a case with the ombudsman , and I laid a complaint , nothing happened , I then got a call that they only offer me R6000 back, I accepted the offer out of desperation , now this is where the story takes a turn , since then no feedback , i have to call for feedback , today I get told by the only helpful team in the complaints department that the ticket was closed because they will not communicate with me but with the ombudsman , the ombudsman's letter to FNB clearly stated resolve it with the client first and send them the feedback , I had to open another case, well while typing this I will probably received another case number... witch they will resolve withing 5 working days . FNB I WANT THIS RESOLVED TODAY OR I AM GOING TO OPEN A CASE OF ***** AT THE SAPS , I want the correct department to phone me not in 5 days with no feedback , I will take this to the newspapers and social media , I HAD ENOUGH since 26 November I have been dealing with this load of bull..... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FNB STOP THE HORSEPLAY
Complaints department , card ***** refusal to assist , tells me there manager cannot assist me , people I speak to aparently have no direct line and card ***** , service recovery department calls with a offer , I accept the offer and then I RECEIVE no emails as promised and no one can apparently get hold of him WOST BANK EVER
I had a provident fund that paid out in 2015, Alex forbes made a mistake on my IT3(a) document, 9 years later I am being refused my sars refund because of R441, I spoke to 20 people and to my suprise the certificate sent to me on saturday morning was ****, sars cannot even pick up the certificate number as per the own managers email on black and white.
I have been dealing with Godfrey , who promised me my deposit back by saturday 5pm , the time came and still nothing , when I requested proof of payment , I was told I am harassing him on all levels, I have now had enough and rental tribunal will not get involved aswell , as I urgently need the funds back. Godfrey also mentioned to me that he is in charge of the deposits and if I continue to ask , he will keep my deposit , and I will not receive anything , I acted on what he said to me, and I will now take things further, this is apsurd. According to the tribunal laws , once inspection has taken place , deposit HAS to be refunded within 24 hours
I bought shoes around a bonth ago , The zip from day one kept popping open below the zip , the manager at the three rivers branch promised me I will have a reply within 72 hours , meaning last week wednesday , I phoned on thursday and spoke to the real manager named portia , and I was informed that my shoes was only sent on the wednesday and that there is no feedback , and suddenly it will take 6 days to get an answer since it was sent to CPT, It is now 6 days more than 72 hours and no refund as they never have my shoe size , i had a business trip to capetown on monday and this shoes was spesifically bough for this trip , I am disgusted in truworst and I will be closing my account with them as soon as I can
