I am very disappointed in Ozow’s service. A client paid through my website early on Tuesday morning. Ozow promises payouts within 24 hours, yet it’s now four days later, and I still don’t have my money. I’ve spoken to three different support agents who all told me they would “escalate” the matter and get back to me before the end of the day. Not one of them did. No feedback, no explanation, no resolution. This is not the first time either. A few weeks ago, I had the same issue, and once again I was promised my payout would reflect within 24 hours — and it didn’t. This situation puts my business in a terrible position. I cannot continue using a payment gateway that cannot deliver, cannot communicate, and cannot resolve issues. I will be moving to another service provider.
Please if you are looking to install fibre DO NOT use Vodacom. We have been struggling for months with our account now. They offered my fiancé a great deal with free installation no activation payments and 2 months free wi-fi. We we're only suppose to pay the monthly amount from the 3rd month. Before we wanted to make payment the wi-fi was turned off. We phoned in and they told us we are behind on payments but we have received the invoices the previous 2 months stating we owe R0. They said all they could do is launch a service reqeust which can take up to 30 days and the rep who sold the contract to us doens't even work there anymore. I didn't make payment because they wanted us to make a full payment for those two months and activation fee's we we're told was for free and they wouldn't turn on the wi-fi again until we made those payments so I wanted to wait for the situation to be sorted out first. Now its 6 months later. We have had no wi-fi since. They never get back to us. Everytime we phone in they want to launch another service request and the amount just increases every month but the situation doesn't get sorted out. We we're told we only owed about 900 and something for the activation fee then we received a statement saying it is around R1500. Now they want to hand over the case to debt counseling because we haven't paid the full amount but our service request never gets sorted out. Congratulations Vodacom. I will never recommend anyone to Vodacom again and as soon as possible we will stop all our accounts there and move to another service provider. Thieves! I have never seen a company go from excellence to **** so fast?
