In the last two months we have had so much down time. Every time I try call the support line after hours number. I’ve been holding on for two and a half hours with no answer. The so called support whatup line no response over three hours now holding on and so frustrated and I’m done with herotel and there don’t care attitude for there customers. So sad that we treated with such disrespect. Good bye herotel and good riddance. Very disgusted customer.
I have a telkom wifi package with them and have been without wifi since Saturday afternoon the 17th August. I've called there help numbers since Monday have done all they have asked reset routers but the more I'm telling them that there is a problem with one of there towers the more they telling me its the router. I live out at Xmas Rock outside East London and my phone is on roaming since Sat and my wife phone also wont work all telkom. I took the router in to the local branch and i set up the router in my office in East London and it works so i know it has to be a tower problem. I'm not getting help I'm just been told reset your modem. I am so frustrated. I need internet to be able to work so due to Telkom incompetence to resolve one of there technical issues on there network I cant work or communicate with anyone. I cant get hold of anyone who can even give me a number of someone I can call to report a technical problem. Service is so poor I'm told i must wait another 48 hrs for someone to have a look at my problem that's crazy man why do we pay for wifi so that we can have access not only sometimes all the time.
