I app**** for an eVisa for my travel to Uganda through their online portal. The visa did not arrive in time for my travel time and their excuse was there wasn’t enough time to process the visa application, yet they accepted the application and billed for it knowing the travel dates and time.
These useless *****s kept my car for about 3 months for a job they claimed would take 3 weeks. I had to collect my car still unfinished. The car was take beginning of June and it’s now mid-October and I’m still driving around with a dented car because they claim they’re waiting for parts. Why take the car in without ordering parts?! I’ve already paid them the excess fee of my insurance yet the car is still damaged. I would never recommend these idiots even to my worst enemy
Lost connection and logged a ticket 2 weeks ago. They promised to send a technician but no one came. Connection was restored a day or 2 after without any assistance from them, which clearly meant a faulty cable. Last week Friday we lost connection again and logged a call. They again said a technician would be sent. On Saturday we had work scheduled to start on our roof. I called again on Saturday and on Sunday, still no technician! The technician only came on Tuesday. Trying to find an easy way out he claimed the cable had been damaged by the guys who worked on the roof. I told him he’s talking nonsense because the fault predated the work which started after the third time reporting the fault, and that there was no internet by the time they started the work. Now they’re trying to ****** me to pay a call out fee for a fault that wasn’t on our end, adamant that the fault was due to the work carried out on our roof! I WILL JOT BE VICTIMISED BY USELESS IDIOTS!
I am a discovery insure customer, and have been for a number of years. i am happy with the service. The premiums are competitive. The call line staff is also quite efficient. I recently dealt with Yandiswa Lupondo from the Client Servicing department, and was exceptionally happy with her service and attitude over the phone. Thank you Yaya. Keep doing great!
